Cancellation Policy

  1. All travel products have different cancellation policy, however most products sold through OneTravelGo.COM are non refundable. However we still recommend TO CONFIRM with our travel consultant at the time of making the reservation.
  2. All Travel products can be however cancelled without any penalty within 24 hours of your booking. You would receive a full refund apart from the service fee, which can be $25- $50 USD.
  3. All cancellations must be done over the phone only. We can accept refund requests only when the required conditions are met : :
    • That the cancellation was applied and the fare rules permit a cancellation or a refund.
    • That you have not missed your flight No show As most of such situations make you in-eligible for waivers or refunds.
    • We are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund.
  4. Refunds can upto 60 to 90 days from the day we send you a confirmation receipt of your cancellation request. The confirmation email itself is not a guarantee of the refund however it is a notification in writing to confirm that the cancellation process has been initiated upon your request.
  5. In certain situations , the airlines may provide you with a future credit, that can be used upto 365 days from the date of cancellation , however at the time of reusing this credit , you will be charge a rebooking fees , that could be upto $300.00 USD.
  6. Date change: A date change normally incurs a penalty and a fare difference. The penalty to change the date would always be advised in writing at the time of booking however the fare difference can only be determined at the time of making the changes. cancellation or a refund.
